Coloured Base for Semi-Permanent Nail Polish

This camouflage base, made with natural rubber, is the latest innovation in nail art! Its moderately viscous texture is ideal for modelling and evenly covering the nail plate, instantly concealing imperfections. This base saves time, enabling quick and efficient manicures. It is also an excellent choice for French manicures as it comes pre-coloured. Apply one layer for a beautiful translucent effect or two layers for an opaquer coverage. Thicker layers provide complete nail coverage.

This base is highly elastic, resistant to cracking, and easily removable.

Usage

1. Carefully prepare the nail plate by performing a hygienic manicure, roughening the nail surface with Didier Lab Dehydrator, and applying either Didier Lab Bond or Didier Lab Acid Primer (select based on your client’s nail condition).

2. Always apply a thin layer of transparent base before using coloured Fiber Bases/Rubber Bases. This first layer protects the natural nail from potential staining and ensures better adhesion. Remember—thin layers are key for a long-lasting and even result!

Next, apply the Colored Rubber Base of your choice.

3. Cure each layer for 90 seconds under a UV lamp or 60 seconds under an LED lamp. If applying thicker layers, extend the curing time accordingly.

4. Finish with a Top Coat.

Removal

Roughen the sealing layer with a nail file.
Soak the nail wraps with acetone and wrap tightly around the nails. Leave on for about 10 minutes.
Use a wooden stick to gently push the nail polish down.
Remove the rest of the product with a file.
The UV nail polish can also be removed with a cutter, but you have to be gentle and careful to a void thinning of the fingernails.
